Tunnel Escape House Bunker

The tunnel escape house uses galvanized threaded pipe, which is a high-strength flexible pipe. It is made of hot-dip galvanized metal steel plate as raw material (galvanizing amount 600g/m2) and processed by professional equipment through corrugation pressing, sheet flanging, spiral bite, rolling and other processes to form a steel structure wall pipe. The product wall thickness is 1.6-4.5mm, and the pipe diameter size ranges from 0.3-7.6mm. Due to the bite forming process, the bite is changed from one layer of steel plate on the pipe body to four layers of steel plates and forms a circular ring evenly distributed along the axis of the pipe body, which plays the role of strengthening ribs. Therefore, the ring stiffness of the pipe can reach more than 16KN/m2. Due to the use of corrugated bite forming technology, the pipe body has a certain flexibility, and it still has a compressive strength of 16.8-41.76 tons/m2 under %5 deformation.
